1. Purpose
This machine is used for blankets, carpets, towels, coral fleece fabrics, as well as cotton, polyester, blended fabrics for printing or washing and loose drying.
The fabric avoids staining, obtains ideal shrinkage, stable size and excellent hand feeling.
2. Technical characteristics
1. Building block combination, according to different product and process requirements, the machine process can be combined arbitrarily.
2. Nominal width: 1600-4300mm according to user requirements.
3. Number of ovens: 4 sections, 5 sections, 6 sections, 8 sections, 9 sections, 10 sections, etc., modular combination.
4. Working temperature: 100-135℃ (steam); 100-180℃ (heat transfer oil), with temperature automatic control device.
5. AC frequency conversion synchronous transmission, using PLC programmable control. Machine speed: 10-50m/min according to the craft setting.
6. Single-layer or multi-layer, using extra-wide Teflon mesh belt, which can run single or multiple cloths at the same time, with extremely high efficiency.
7. The mesh belt is automatically tensioned, automatic deviation correction, fault alarm, and pneumatic correction is adopted, which is stable and reliable.
8. Air jet pipe: The specially designed upper and lower secondary offset nozzles make the fabric move forward in waves.
