Long ring steaming machine series
1. Purpose
This machine is used for steaming and fixing of blankets, towels, coral fleece fabrics, and cotton, polyester, blended fabrics and other fabrics after printing.
The fabric is suspended in a long loop and is conveyed loosely in single-sided contact.
2. Technical characteristics
1. Building block combination, according to different product and process requirements, the machine process can be combined arbitrarily.
2. Nominal width: 1600-3200mm according to user requirements
3. Cloth capacity: 140m, 210m, 280m, 350m.
4. Working temperature: 100-105℃ (steam); 100-180℃ (steam, heat transfer oil).
5. AC variable frequency drive, mechanical speed: 10-50m/min according to the process setting.
6. The fabric is suspended in a long loop during the steaming process, fully relaxed and tension-free, and the steaming color process is completed in a free state.
7. While the main chain of the loop is revolving, the cloth hanging rod rotates evenly, avoiding the hot marks of the hanging rod, and steaming uniformly.
