De-boiling and bleaching combined machine series

1. Purpose

This machine is used for open-width continuous desizing, scouring and bleaching of cotton, polyester, linen and blended fabrics, so that the fabric has good wool effect, whiteness, etc., and guarantees the quality of dyeing and printing in the subsequent processes of the product .

2. Technical characteristics

  1. The building block structure, according to different product and process requirements, the machine process can be combined arbitrarily.

2. Nominal width: 1800-3600mm.

　3. Diameter of cloth guide roller: φ150-φ200mm.

　4. AC variable frequency drive, machine speed: 80/100m/min.

　5. Steaming box form: single-layer mesh steamer, single-layer composite steamer, double-layer composite steamer, R-box steamer

　6. The stainless steel mesh structure makes it easier for steam to penetrate the core, ensuring uniform scouring and bleaching, and avoiding cross-cutting.

　7. The preheating zone adopts coarse guide rollers, multi-point common source grouping frequency conversion transmission, which is not easy to produce wrinkles, and meets the special needs of fine-count high-density elastic fabrics.

　8. The high liquid feeder with liquid under-rolling point is adopted to make the fabric full of liquid and ensure uniform penetration of chemicals through the core.

　9. According to the product process requirements, one-step, two-step or three-step methods can be used to configure the combined machine, and the R-type submerged scouring and bleaching steam box can be selected.

　10. Optional high-efficiency washing section and diameter and number of drying cylinders, optional high-efficiency rolling car and rotary water heat exchanger, optional automatic control device.
